With his roots planted in New Orleans, Cory developed a love for cooking at a very young age from his grandmother and the long line of chefs in his family.
When he followed the family tradition and became a chef himself his desire for quality experiences and knowledgeable mentors guided him every step of the way.
Cory has been very particular in his career path, starting with a respected and classical culinary school. After graduation he focused his sights on the very best, high profile kitchens.
He worked with the legendary Jeremiah Towers at Stars Bar and Dining in Seattle, as well as many Phoenix area favorites, such as The Latilla Room at The Boulders Resort, Desert Mountain, The Farm at South Mountain, and The Wigwam Resort.
Each of these experiences has reinforced the strong foundation of quality and innovation started many years ago in his grandmother’s New Orleans kitchen.
